He has admitting privileges at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Methodist St John Hospital, and Mainland Medical Center.
Dr Baha Shabaneh finished his medical school in Amman, Jordan. He did his internal medicine and initial cardiology training in East TN State university Johnson City TN, then he practiced general and invasive cardiology in Clemson area South Carolina for five years then decided to go back to training to do advanced interventional training in the coronaries in Baystate Medical Center/Tufts Univ School of Medicine, Springfield MA and another advanced endovascular fellowship in Texas Heart Institute/ Baylor College of Medicine . He was the director of the catheterization laboratories in Clear Lake a Regional Medical Center for two years. He has been in Houston Area for 7 years. He has been board certified in cardiology for 13 years. He also has multiple board certifications in internal medicine, interventional cardiology, nuclear medicine and echocardiography.
He has special interest in performing heart catheterizations through the wrist, and recently published a new technique in measuring left atrial pressure using a catheter from the wrist published in Texas a Heart Institute Journal.
